“ It was my first time eating tacos de canasta and I'd like to thank La Salsa for the great 1st impression. Beyond delicious!!! I had one of each option: chicharron, papa and frijol. All three were bangers! The friendly staff was beyond hospitable and excited to serve the community and this first timer their delicious product. Muchas Gracias La Salsa for coming out to a toy drive and blessing the community with delicious food! ”
“ We order catering from here often! My entire family and all the guests love the tacos, the horchata and the salsa en botella. They are always on time and they are super nice! We haven't been to the restaurant but we order catering and we definitely will continue to order! Everything is always so fresh and clean ”
“ Great friendly service & you can watch the soccer games live here. Not too busy during a weekend in the day. Tried tacos de canasta for the first time here and they were yummy, just wish they were served with some cheese & sour cream to bring the whole meal together. The tacos are soggy/ soft because that's how they are meant to be; we got all of the different kinds they had but my favorite one was the potato one (it reminded me of raw tamal masa flavor) Also got a michelada which was delicious and refreshing (not too spicy and made with Clamato instead of powder) but it was a bit pricey tbh ”
“ This place was so incredibly delicious! I order the tacos de papa (potato taco) but they have like 4 other options as well! This place was not only tasty but you get to support a local member of the community and you honestly can't beat that. The next time I come, I will definitely have to try the other options as well! The fresh made agua frescas are some of the best I've had tasted! One caveat I do have, is that the tacos were not crispy, but that's okay too! Do not sleep on this place and please come and support! P.S the salsa ain't no joke either, love me a good spicy salsa ”
“ These tacos are so delicious the greatest breakfast to have! Definitely recommend them! ”
“ $2 a taco. Parking is the biggest issue here, most parking lots are $3-5 for the first 10 mins but end up adding up to be about $20. I was lucky to find meter parking and only had to pay about $1. The caljones is extremely busy on the weekend. It's very hard to walk so make sure you don't wear uncomfortable heels! We got 10 tacos: chorizo con papa, frijoles, chorizo and chicharron It comes with a bag of cabbage, pickled onions and pickled carrots. There are about 3 picnic tables available but usually full of people so you may have to stand. There is also churros and plantain next to the tacos. ”
